Policies

PromiseKids Policies

If you need childcare for any Free Market Group or Core Ministry Class (Sunday PM, Wednesday or Thursday PM).
  • Register your child 2 business days prior to your first class.  Go to connect2covenant.com/forms, click on the PromiseKids link and fill out the electronic registration form or by leaving a phone message: 355-0123 ext. 3107 (Cristina Briley).   Include your name, child’s name, date and time of event and event name.
  • The first two weeks of your group sessions are free which allows you to confirm your plans for the semester.  After that, there is a user fee of $3 per child per meeting and your total payment for the semester will be collected by your group leader at your second meeting.  (Group leaders will inform you of the number of remaining meetings your group will have during that semester).  Payment of this user fee will result in registration of your child(ren) for the length of the class.  Contact your group leader if a scholarship for this service is needed.
  • We appreciate the opportunity to serve your children through Promise Kids.   Once the first two weeks of the semester are complete and registrations for PK are confirmed, the church hires staff for the balance of the semester to meet the required ratio of adult staff to registered children.  Based on this financial commitment to PK, we do not refund paid, PK semester fees.

If you need childcare for special events during normal PK hours of operation, please register by the method listed below:

  • Go to www.connect2covenant.com/forms, click on the PromiseKids link and fill out the electronic registration form or by leaving a phone message: 355-0123 ext. 3107 (Cristina Briley).  Include your name, child’s name, date and time of event and event name.
  • Registration must be done 2 business days prior to the event to reserve your spot.
  • PromiseKids will ask for a donation of $3 per child per class/event such as Four:Twelve, Night of Worship or any other special leader events.  A donation box is located at the PK registration desk or you can leave your donation with the PK hall monitor that evening.
